What happened to your large curd cottage cheese?!?

The container was reduced by 25%, The price increased by 25%,

The consistancy of the large curd cc changed from firm, creamy, thick with large curds, to a soupy, runny mess that you can literally just pour out of the container!

The taste also is off, with a strange after taste that is nothing like the creamy deliciousness of the original. This all started when you switched to the smaller 24 ounce container. I could have stood for the size reduction however the runny, strange tasting slop you replaced it with is no good.

I waited and repurchased several times in hope it was just abad batch but alas, seems to be the new norm,,

I have been a consumer of Safeway cheddar cheese for over 30 years. In the past few years, the old cheddar has become a creamy mess that has lost its flavor and texture.

What a disappointment.

Stopped baking your own bread, messed up your cheese, and pulled Lucerne sherbet. I have no reason to give them a penny again.

Just bought Lucerne lactose free 2% milk in the half gallon container.

It tastes like it's contaminated with burnt black rubber. Has a sell by date of Sept.

It ruined my coffee and cereal. Never had a problem with Lucerne products before, but this is really bad!

Making Rotel dip for a special occasion using Lucerne processed cheese. Ruined the dip.

Cheese would not melt. Cheese is not individually wrapped slices.

Frightening to think how this goo would harm our bodies. Products like this are a major cause of health problems in America being sold to trusting consumers.

Do you want yogurt that looks like this? No, I don't think so.

I emailed them about this 3 weeks ago and they refuse to even respond to it.

So I'm posting here instead. Keep companies accountable for their quality or they will keep getting away with it.

We have had multiple packages of Lucerne cream cheese be horrifically spoiled (like something out of a horror movie) and multiple cartons of milk and cream also be spoiled upon opening. I've utterly lost patience with the brand, so we will not buy Lucerne products ever again. Absolutely not worth the slightly lower price.

We bought your smoked Gouda cheese. The packaging says, "hickory smoked".

Nowhere does it say, "hickory smoke flavor added". I discovered the latter after making an internet search.

Why do you do imply via the packaging that the cheese is actually smoked? Thanks

I just bought this bag of cheese today, and it was already Molded when i opened it. Very disappointed to have just bought this and its already bad.

I bought this Lucerne half gallon of milk yesterday. I never buy this brand, but I decided to try this as the market didn't have the milk I buy every week.

I opened up the milk and poured a bowl of cereal.

I must admit this is the worst tasting milk I've ever tasted in my life. I will never buy this brand again.

The new shredded cheese bags are ridiculous! They cannot stand up, so even if you lean them against the wall of the fridge, which you should not need to do, you have to put something in front of it to keep it from slumping down.

The only logical choice then is to put them in a drawer, but that should NOT be the ONLY option.

Please bring back the bags that are able to stand up on their own. See the picture... see what a HUGE footprint your new bags take up?

See the bag next to it, able to stand and take up WAY less footprint space. Yeah, do that!

I bought milk for me to use at work.

I used it for sometime last week.

The smell kept on changing but nothing worrying.

Today I got back to work and I wanted to use it for my cereal

It was okay when I put it in the container.

When I was microwaving I sensed a very bad smell.

I thought maybe someone microwaved smelly food previous day.

Boy i was wrong.

It was the milk.

It transitioned from normal text to yogurt texture.

It smells so bad like rotten eggs.

It has not expired yet

I bought a 32 oz. container of Lucern Plain Non Dat Yogurt.

They're want 32 oz. of Yogurt. I used to get 4 8 oz. bowls of yogurt, now I get a little over 3.

Your charging the same for less. Yes it's a pisser.

I am very disappointed that the Lucerne Coconut Cream for coffee is no longer available. I was so in love with the taste.

I had other family and friends hooked on it also. Its was the best coconut cream Ive ever tasted. No other can match. Im saddened by this.

I just purchased a 24 oz container of Lucerne Cottage Cheese. Most companies either raise their prices or sneak in a container smaller in size.

I'm angry that Lucerne has done BOTH for this product; smaller size and larger price. That's a pretty despicable act on your part.

When the opportunity presents itself, I will buy a competitive manufacturer even if their price may be a bit higher. At least their business practices do not stoop as low as Lucerne.

For the last few months, their large tubs of strawberry yogurt are disgustingly thick, not their usual creamy yogurt.
